Birthday Parties

Want to book a birthday party? CAG has lots of options for you! Both the Old Town Hall and the newly revitalized Brantwood Park field house are available for birthday parties, with a variety of options offered from a do-it-yourself party to a full party package.

At Old Town Hall, 61 Main Street:
Basic Party Package:

Upstairs room can be booked depending on availability from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. on Saturday afternoons.
Included in your booking:
Up to 30 people (children and adults)
Tables and chairs to accommodate that number (standard and preschool size are available)
Use of kitchen (no plates, cups etc supplied)
Cost: $80

At Brantwood Park field house, 39 Onslow Crescent:
Basic Party Package:

Program room can be booked depending availability on Sunday mornings from 10:00 a.m. - noon and Sunday afternoons from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m.
Included in your booking:
Up to 20 people (children and adults)
Tables and chairs to accomodate that number (including preschool size if required)
Ample cups, dessert plates, cutlery etc to accommodate 20
Knife to cut your cake, napkins, some fridge/freezer space, kettle, coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher.
Cost: $80

Equipment Package add-on: Add to your party package the use of one of the following:
- Ping pong table, foosball, scooter hockey (Old Town Hall only)
- Soccer nets, balls, pylons, team bibs (Brantwood in season only)
- Flag football equipment (flag belts, balls, kick stands, pylons, team bibs - Brantwood in season only)
- Playgroup toys (either location)
- Games supplies (balls, hula hoops, parachute, crawl tunnels etc for outdoor fun, recommended age 4 to 6 years - Brantwood in season only)
Cost: Equipment Package is $20. Families must also book the Basic Party Package.
Total cost $100.

Coordinator add-on: You can book a coordinator to organize the children’s activities using the chosen equipment for the first hour of your party (10:00 - 11:00 a.m. or 2:00 – 3:00 p.m.). Please contact info@ottawaeastcag.ca or call 613-230-0076 to confirm availability before you book.
Cost: Coordinator add-on is $20. Families must also book the Basic Party Package and the Equipment Package add-on. Total cost $120.

Availability and booking:
Available dates and timeslots can be viewed and bookings made through the CAG website at www.ottawaeastcag.ca/registration, under Parties and Events.

Terms and conditions:
Two weeks’ notice of booking required
Minimum of two adults to attend the party, an adult must supervise children at all times.
Booking of the field house does not include reserved space in the park, birthday party guests are asked to share the park with other users.
Facility will open 30 minutes ahead of time to drop off cake, decorate etc.
A CAG staff person will be on hand to open up and answer any questions you might have on the day.
Please leave the facility in the condition it was found, half an hour is allocated after the party for clean-up.
If you chose to bring disposables cups, plates etc, please bring garbage bags to take your garbage home.
Maximum number 20, to include attending adults at the Brantwood Park field house, 30 to include attending adults at the Old Town Hall.
Brantwood Park field house and Old Town Hall are peanut and nut free facilities.
